Who we are

This website is run by GIOGOS association, Genève, Suisse. For any question about your data, write to info@giogos.ch.

Visiting the site

Our host, Netlify (USA), processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to serve the site and keep it secure.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google, USA) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Google sets cookies for this. You can block them in your browser settings.

The AI brief

When you press “Draft my brief”, your description is sent to OpenAI (USA) to write the brief. Our server does not store it. OpenAI may keep API data for up to 30 days to detect abuse, and does not use it to train its models by default.

If you prefer, choose “Send without a brief”: nothing is sent to OpenAI.

When you send us your project

When you press Send, your description, the brief, your email and your name (if you give it) are stored by Netlify (USA) and emailed to us. We use them only to reply to you and discuss your project, and delete them once they are no longer needed for that.

Data sent abroad

Netlify, Google and OpenAI process data in the USA. These transfers rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by Switzerland and the EU.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@giogos.ch. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
